Please contact our salesperson to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from our store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries. The estimated shipment date provided by our salesperson is based on product availability, payment processing time, and order processing time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment.

Our products are delivered by via email during business hours Monday to Friday. Written confirmation is required for all deliveries.
