Refund Policy

English Test Vouchers: 

All products purchased at the store cannot be returned or exchanged. Under the rare circumstance that the test taker cancels the test after registration, the customers may be eligible to a partial or full refund. The eligibility is determined by Official English Test Providers, such as ETS and Duolingo.

To start a return, you can contact our salesperson, who will contact Official English Test Providers, such as ETS and Duolingo, to check your eligibility. If your return is accepted, we’ll notified you of the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
